VERY first time “sourdough parent” friendly!! I have never attempted to have an active sourdough starter.. I was kind of nervous! But this has been such a fun, easy process using the easy follow instructions! There was a slight hiccup with shipping- but the seller was quick to make it right with a replacement and I was getting started in no time! Currently “Doughlene” is THRIVING! Very bubbly, very tangy, so fun!
