Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after purchase.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods

We ship throughout the United States using trusted shipping carriers. Available shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

Tracking Information

Our free shipping does not include tracking and will be shipped in a white envelope and will arrive in your mailbox. We offer upgraded shipping of all types at checkout if you prefer tracked or upgraded/ faster shipping. 

Tracking information is provided once your order has shipped if upgraded shipping is selected. 

Delivery Estimates

Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. USPS first class mail is very inconsistent, keep this in mind with our free shipping. 

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue or send a replacement. 

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.
