Refund policy

At Great Grandma’s Sourdough, we want every customer to have a successful sourdough baking experience.

Due to the nature of dehydrated sourdough starter, we generally do not accept returns of opened products. However, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we will work with you to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Returns

Unopened products may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Products that have been opened, activated, or used are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take several business days to appear on your account.
